What is actually facing fat, sometimes you would have been noticed that you are gaining weight in your face? Your face starts to becomes more fatty especially cheeks. If you would notice your overall body would not effect as your face. This is called face fat. Now let understand how to get rid of face fat or heavy face weight?

Another thing that we all faces with face beauty is wrinkles. What is the reason and how you can avoid these wrinkles. There normal time for all but in some cases it starts early.

There are some facial exercises that keep your face fit fine and more beautiful. By doing these exercises you can keep your face beautiful for a long time. Tension is one of the biggest reason of face wrinkles. So first try to release your tension.

Always take juice which is the best source of nutrients and also keeps your face glow. What the exercise you should practice in the morning for face is JAW Exercise. This is a simple exercise and can be done easily. Just you have to open your mouth and drop your jaw, and at least twenty times opening closing your mouth.

Another exercise is smiling. If you are in tension, you can’t smile freely. So try to avoid tension and start smiling. As we all know that facial muscles need to be healthy as well to look beautiful. If your facial muscles got tighten, wrinkles starts to appearing on your eyes, forehead and lips. To stop that and make your face more glorious, stop bad facial habits and keep your mind relax by avoiding mentally stress.
